Today was not such a good day for me and the challenge. I unfortunately was not feeling well and sadly a work out was not in the books. I still managed to watch what I ate and this was pretty much a super easy thing to do being that I had an upset stomach. Okay, Okay I may not have been 100% my will power that kept me from eating any junk, but I did not eat any so I think that really all that matters!
I have decided that I am going to do two different workout tomorrow to make up for what I lost today so although it may have no been on the day...I still will make my week :-)
