I have cut out a lot of junk food.
I love green tea, this would be great
What I have done to become healthier this year is that I have started eating healthier and excerise 3x a week. I have found that eliminating my junk intake has made a big difference with how I feel inside and out :)
I have started eating healthier foods, lower in fat and sugar, drinking more water and I've started walking each day.

I have started doing yoga
We started going organic and gluten free as much as possible. Also we try to stay away from nitrates and msg as often as we can.
I have cut out all drinks but water and green/black/white tea and really watch my portion sizes.
