A Complete Guide to His Life, Thoughts and Writings
Published to coincide with the 50th anniversary of C. S. Lewis's death, this complete guide covers all of Lewis' works, from his literary criticism to Narnia.
C. S. Lewis's work is widely known and regarded, but enthusiasts are often only aware of one part of his work-his children's stories and his popular theology; and yet he wrote so much more, including science fiction and literary criticism. This volume brings together all aspects of C S Lewis's life and thought. Arranged in alphabetical order, it begins with The Abolition of Man-written in 1943 and described as "almost my favorite"-to Wormwood, a character in The Screwtape Letters. This book will delight anyone who is interested in C. S. Lewis and wants to learn more about him, his thought, his works, and his life.

My Review of the Book:
Working in a library daily I come across tons of books, but I have to admit with many authors I might know their most popular work, but not all of their work. Many books spread through word of mouth, but that does not mean the books you hear about are the only great ones the authors have written. The A-Z of C.S. Lewis, gave myself a chance to be educated about a beloved author and I have to say there was a lot of information in this book that I had no clue about.
Although, I do have to say my favorite thing had to be having a resource available at my fingertips for any questions that myself or anyone around me might have. I would have loved to have this book available when I was in University. It would have made many easy assignments easier. The other part I loved about this book is all the information about C.S. Lewis himself and those around him. I felt as though I was getting to know C.S. Lewis as more then famous author, but as a friend of the family. It was neat to see how his writing and living influenced one another and I believe fair to say even influence people still to this date.
