Cindy Loven is active in the church and writes from her home in Conway, Arkansas, where she lives with her husband and their son.

Review:

Swept Away is another Quilts of Love book that I adored.  The authors did a wonderful job in character development.  I loved each and everyone of the characters and their story in their own way.  As a reader you are taken on a emotional journey that has the reader both hoping and praying that the pages would work out exactly they way you wanted it to for the characters.  

Sara and her grandmother have a great relationship and it was great to read about their relationship and how each of them cared for one another greatly.  Although Sara's grandma was ailing she still was so full of life and love and wanted Sara to have a great love.  I also loved the fact that the quilt they were working on had been one that had been working on for many years.  Not only was there a story told among the pages as a reader I could only imagine the story the quilt itself would tell.

Review: 

 

 I have said it before and it still remains to be true, I really do love the Quilts of Love series and the latest one  Quilted by Christmas really is no exception.  This festive book was a great read and I do have to say I was a bit emotional in parts thinking back about the time I had my grandmother here and how truly precious that time was.  Jodie Bailey reminds us through Taryn that our actions really do impact those around us and positive  actions really do bring out positive results in people!

Review:

I have to admit when reading what Hidden in the Stars was about I was wondering how it would fit in with the Quilts of Love books.  I do enjoy books with suspense and crime, but I was unsure how it would fit in with what I was getting use to with these books.  I am happy to say it did not disappoint and in fact fit in quite well.  Sophia is such a strong character it was great to see even though she was feminine that did not mean in any way that she had to be weak.  What I enjoyed about Julian is that he was such a strong character as well, but he had a soft side to him.  He was able to feel and being a person of authority did not mean he could not feel.  I have to say I am hooked with the Quilts of Love books and look forward to what will come next!

My Review: 

A Stitch and a prayer was a quick and easy read!  I enjoyed every part of it from start to finish and loved the flow of the book.  Having been the first time I have read anything by the author I was unsure of what to expect, but I am happy that I was not let down at all.  If you are in the market for a new summer time read then look no further and grab a copy of the book and be sure to check out the other quilts of love books!

My Review of the Book:

This was the first book I have read by Tara Randel, but it was the second book in the Quilts of Love series.  I have to say that I really am enjoying this series.  Rival hearts was a light and entertaining read and a fun love story to read.  The writing in the book flowed nicely and made for a book that flowed nicely from chapter to chapter.  Plus not being an outdoorsy girl myself I found Molly easy to relate to.  If you have not had a chance to check out any Quilts of love books may I ask what you are waiting for?
